Contract of Carriage Conditions

LM Global acts as an issuing agent and operator of charter and scheduled flights. The "Ticket" or "Travel Itinerary" constitutes conclusive evidence of the contract of carriage between the carrier and the passenger.
Transportation performed under this contract is subject to the rules and limitations relating to liability established by the Montreal or Warsaw Convention, as applicable.
- Non-Refundable: Unless otherwise specified in the fare purchased, tickets issued by LM Global are non-refundable and non-transferable to other persons.
- Modifications: Any change of date or route is subject to availability and payment of applicable penalties and fare differences.
- No Show: If the passenger does not show up for the flight (No Show), the ticket will lose its full value without right to refund.
Baggage allowance is strictly limited to what is indicated in your booking confirmation:
- Carry-on Baggage: Generally 1 piece up to 10kg (Dimensions according to operating airline: Aeroflot 55x40x25cm / Nordwind 40x30x20cm).
- Checked Baggage: Only if purchased during booking. Excess weight or additional pieces will be charged at current airport rates.
- Prohibited Items: Dangerous goods, loose lithium batteries, explosives, compressed gases, and flammable substances are prohibited in baggage.
Passenger Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to obtain, possess, and present all entry, exit, medical, and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, or requirements of the travel countries.
- Passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
- LM Global is not responsible if boarding is denied due to lack of visas or incorrect documentation.
Flight times shown on the ticket may change between the date of issuance and the date of travel. LM Global and the operating airline reserve the right to modify schedules for operational or safety reasons.
We recommend confirming your flight schedule 24 hours before departure. Passengers must present themselves at the check-in counter at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
LM Global Airlines operates in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation and international civil aviation regulations. For any legal dispute, the jurisdiction of Moscow courts shall apply.
